David Tinney, more on business

Read a book the other day by Jeffrey Gitomer called, "The Little Black Book of Connections". Probably one of the best books I've ever read about sales.

Gitomer says, "Its not who you know, but who knows you."

Thats taking business relationships to an all new level. We've always thought that business was all about who you know. And that's important. But when you understand and practice the principles Gitomer teaches about getting to the place that you're known, then your telephone is ringing and you're not making cold calls.

Great book, if you're interested in a new perspective, you need to read it.

David Tinney on business

Business makes the world go 'round. It started way back when cavemen traded skins for what they didn't have. Like a big hunk of elk meat, or a scantily clad cavewoman.

The better trader you were, the better businessman you became.

It's still the same, except were not trading skins anymore.

Watch out for the businessman who still carries a club.

More on business, entrepreneur, ecommerce here.

David Tinney on religion

Religion sucks. Religious men have waged wars, killed innocent men, women and children all in the name of God.

Remember the Middle Ages and the Crusades of Europe to the Holy Land?

Now we have religious men killing in the name of God again. Allah is his name. Holy War...jihad. Same bullsh*t, different men.

Religion sucks...Relationships Rule.
